Design Sales Manager
- Managing aggressive growth and account management with larger and existing customers.
- Targeting and converting new customers.
- Preventing “lost customers” and focusing on “developmental” customers that could grow more aggressively through a larger share of spend or improved market performance.
- Developing and executing a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

- Maintaining a monthly and annual sales plan.
- Achieve sales growth targets.
- Tailor and drive Dealer programs to meet sales targets.
- Align with Service Center Manager on Customer Pricing strategies and market conditions.
- Assist with maintaining customers in good A/R, Collections standing.
- Keep the Service Center Team(s) up-to-date on competitor activities, market conditions, and customer product preference trends.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determine opportunities.
- Opening new accounts.
- Attending trade show conferences (as applicable).
- Liaising between customers and company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launches.
- Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending departmental meetings.
- Educate and train customers on product offering, installation, sales, and best business practices.
- Must have 3+ years in building products experience in a customer-facing role- (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service), with a successful track record working with contractors, builders, or other relatable customer types.
- Hunter mentality.
- Proven track record of managing and succeeding in a territory sales role.
- Experience selling direct to consumers is a plus.
- Must have experience using a sales system; and reporting back on targets, visit plans, and outcomes
- Experienced in building B2B relationships with an existing customer base and new prospective customers.
- High level of motivation to succeed both as an individual and as a Market Team.
- The role will report to the Office Manager.
